Family & Personal Wellness
This program are tailored to empower caregivers to prioritize their well-being and personal growth. We offer individualized care, goal-setting sessions, and leadership coaching to foster resilience and fulfillment.
This program includes:
- One-on-One Care: Personalized therapy sessions to nurture mental and emotional well-being, empowering you to set goals and develop skills for a fulfilling future..
- Couples & Family Development: Specialized services to create co-parenting plans and resolve differences. Strengthen relationships with couples’ sessions that nurture love, understanding, and communication
- Mindfulness & Self-Care Workshops: Engage in meditation, art therapy, journaling, and hobby exploration
Educational Programs & Training

This program includes:
- Community Building Events: Networking opportunities with caregivers and professionals
- Access to Resources: Guidance on therapy options, financial assistance, and respite care
- Luncheon Marketplace & Speed Networking: Engage with service providers and professionals for immediate support

This Ausome Space
This Ausome Space (TAS) provides sensory-friendly experiences for children and youth on the autism spectrum, offering them a safe environment to explore, connect, and grow. Located in the heart of the Greater Toronto Area, TAS fosters creativity and personal development through enriching activities tailored to meet each child’s unique needs.
