Hairapy Day is a heartwarming, sensory-friendly event created especially for autistic children and youth who may find traditional haircuts overwhelming. Hosted by Ausome Energies in partnership with Fades & Braids, this day is about more than fresh cuts, it’s about comfort, community, and care.
In a calm, welcoming environment, your ausome ones will receive haircuts or styles from trauma-informed barbers and stylists who understand the needs of neurodivergent youth. There will also be sensory-safe activities, outdoor play, quiet zones, and dedicated caregiver workshops to round out this ausome day of support.
