- Playful Movement for Stress Relief – Engage in gentle, all-abilities activities that activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reduce cortisol levels, and promote a sense of calm.
- Expanding the Window of Tolerance – Learn how safe, enjoyable movement can help you stay present, embrace change, and build resilience.
- Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) for Stress Management – Discover how tapping on acupressure points, combined with affirmations, can help release stress, regulate emotions, and foster emotional flexibility.
Guided Activities Include:
- Simple yoga poses paired with interactive exercises
- Group movement activities to encourage curiosity, connection, and exploration
- Practical EFT techniques for everyday stress management
Please note: Yoga mats will not be provided, so we encourage you to bring your own for comfort.
Meet Your Facilitator
Sonica Carnegie of Project Soliel is a yoga teacher, pilates instructor, and breathwork facilitator dedicated to helping people find freedom, play, and connection through movement. Rooted in a background of strong, community-centred values, she believes in creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, feel at home in their bodies, and regulate their nervous systems through intentional wellness practices.
